Sub-processors
The third-party providers we rely on to deliver Locuto.PRO, and the data each one receives.
Locuto.PRO is a multi-functional platform. To deliver features such as live video lessons, recordings, AI-assisted learning, speech recognition and voice, payments, and email, we rely on the specialized third-party providers ("sub-processors") listed below. We choose reputable providers and require them to protect the data they process on our behalf, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their performance or availability.
This list supplements our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement. We may update it from time to time as our providers change.

Where a sub-processor is located outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
